How Personal Training Works
Typically Pete’s clients do 2 personal training sessions a week to get them started. The first session involves having a consultation to go through a bit of medial history and find out what goals you have and put a programme together for you, Pete will also go through your diet to make sure you are eating the right things at he right times to get you the best result, a workout them follows so Pete can teach you what you need to know.
Pete will set you some workout homework to do by yourself and each time you meet Pete for a personal training session he will change it round so you get fitter and fitter each week, progressing you towards your goals in manageable steps each week. As you get fitter you metabolism will increase to making weight loss much faster if that is your goal.
